If you are feeling stuck in conflict, disconnected from someone you love, or worried about your child, you are not alone. I am committed to helping children, couples, and families navigate difficult seasons and move toward more secure and fulfilling relationships. With a Psychology background from California State University, San Marcos, and as a current PhD candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University, I bring advanced training and heartfelt dedication. More importantly, I offer a steady, compassionate presence in the therapy room.

My clinical work centers on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach that helps people understand the emotional patterns that keep them stuck. Often, beneath conflict, withdrawal, or behavioral struggles are deeper longings for safety, understanding, and connection. Together, we slow down those patterns, make sense of them, and begin building new interactions grounded in trust and emotional safety.

For couples, I help partners who may be experiencing repeated arguments, emotional disconnection, betrayal, intimacy challenges, or uncertainty about the future of their relationship. Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, we explore the cycle that keeps you both hurting. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and emotionally secure with one another again.

For children and families, I integrate Emotionally Focused Family Therapy with attachment-based play therapy. Through developmentally attuned play and guided parent involvement, children are given a safe space to express emotions, build confidence, and strengthen bonds with caregivers. I work closely with parents to increase emotional attunement, create healthy structure, and respond to behaviors in ways that build connection rather than escalate conflict.

I also have experience working with high-conflict and court-involved families. In these situations, I maintain a structured, balanced, and neutral approach while prioritizing children’s emotional well-being and the stability of the family system. My role is to create clarity, reduce escalation, and support meaningful, sustainable change.

While my primary approach is emotionally focused and attachment-based, I thoughtfully integrate tools from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness when helpful. Ultimately, I believe lasting healing happens in relationships, through safe, corrective emotional experiences that restore connection and hope.

My goal is not simply symptom reduction, but relational transformation, helping you move from cycles of blame or defensiveness toward understanding, repair, and long-term resilience. If you feel ready to take the next step toward healing and connection, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. It is truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they build stronger relationships and create meaningful, lasting change.
